How to Keep a Dream Journal

6/20/2018

Chose a journal you will enjoy writing in. Put it next to your bed with a pen within easy reach.  Every morning, notice when you awaken, laying quietly and without opening your eyes. Ask yourself whether you had dream. Notice images, sensations or feelings that could have been part of a dream. Write or dictate (in case you decided to use your phone to record the dream) whatever you recall, however vague or precise. Write your dream in the present tense as though it is happening now.
If you have no dream recollection, journal any feelings, impressions or sensations you are experiencing. Date your journal entry.
Now you can go on with your day!
